A 41-year-old Hudson woman is facing many counts after police say she repeatedly called 911 and threatened a dispatcher.
According to the Ashley-Hudson Police Department, officers responded to the 200 block of North Hardy Street around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. When they arrived, they discovered Nancy N. Bailey standing in the yard.
Officers arrested Bailey after speaking with her and a dispatcher on suspicion of intimidation in connection with the alleged threats.
During the arrest, police said they discovered evidence that Bailey had broken a no-contact order. She was taken to Steuben County Jail.
Bailey is charged with Level 6 felony intimidation, misdemeanor unauthorized use of 911, Level 6 felony invasion of privacy with a previous conviction, and misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
The case is still under investigation.
