A Baltimore woman recently won the top prize of $1 million in the “All About the Cash” scratch-off game after purchasing a ticket at a Royal Farms store in Towson.
According to MD Lottery, the retired banker said she first scanned the ticket and received a message encouraging her to visit the lottery, but later scratched the ticket at home and learned she had matched a winning number. She claimed her win on February 20 at the Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
The winner stated that she expects to invest her gains and may use some of the money for a trip to Hawaii, and she intended to stop playing the lottery following this victory. The winning ticket was sold at Royal Farms – 7204 York Rd, where the seller will get a $1,000 bonus.
