Two people were arrested after an alleged armed kidnapping attempt late Wednesday night, Buffalo Police said.
According to police, two people are in custody following a vehicle pursuit. According to authorities, “One remaining suspect fled on foot in the 400 block of Eggert Road and remains at large.”
