The suspect charged of fatally shooting a man outside a Cincinnati fast food restaurant has been arrested.
Robert Metts, 27, was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center at 9:17 p.m. Thursday on two counts of murder and felonious assault.
A grand jury had indicted him earlier that day.
Metts is suspected of fatally shooting 31-year-old Merris Kelley in the parking lot of Steak ‘n Shake in Oakley on January 27.
Cincinnati police worked diligently to get him in jail as soon as possible.
It is unclear when Metts will appear in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
The latest court records show that his arraignment has not yet been scheduled.
