Cook County Cocaine Bust Leads To Charges Against 2 Women And Man

Two women and a man were charged with dealing crack cocaine from a home in Ford Heights, a south suburban community.

On February 26, Cook County Sheriff’s police executed a search warrant at a property in the 1600 block of Greenwood Avenue after receiving information that drugs were being peddled there.

Police discovered approximately 7 grams of suspected crack cocaine in the home, along with plastic baggies, cash, and a digital scale.

Sally Villagomez, 56, Alexis Barnes, 30, and Darren Richardson, 39, have been detained and charged with cocaine manufacture/delivery. Villagomwez was additionally charged with possessing a controlled drug.

All three were released the next day after detention hearings at the Markham Courthouse.
