A Lake County teenager was arrested after reportedly assaulting her 15-year-old sister for perhaps taking something from her.
Deputies responded to a physical disturbance involving 18-year-old Teyah Denise Starling at an unidentified Lake County location at 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, deputies were informed that the 15-year-old girl victim had probably stolen something from Starlings. She pushed the victim, who began punching her back. The report stated that Starling returned with punches and scratches.
The victim received many marks and scrapes on her face, neck, and arms. According to the study, Starling was considered to be the principal aggressor.
Starling was arrested for simple violence (domestic). She was brought to Lake County Jail and held without bond.
