Two people were hurt in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Wakulla County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to troopers, the crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on Smith Creek Road.
Authorities said an 18-year-old man was driving a pickup truck north when the vehicle veered onto the shoulder. The driver then veered and lost control of the truck, which spun out, flipped, and ejected him.
The driver was seriously injured but is likely to survive, according to troopers.
A 17-year-old female passenger in the truck suffered minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
