A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison after officials claim he used social media to speak with a 14-year-old girl and flew to Kentucky to pick her up.
Bailey Michael Stouter, 23, was sentenced on March 18, 2026, in federal court in the Western District of Kentucky on charges of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and online enticement of a juvenile, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The judge also ordered Stouter to pay $3,000 in restitution and issued a life sentence of supervised release.

Prosecutors claimed Stouter met the child on social media and agreed to pick her up from her residence in Bullitt County, Kentucky, and drive her to Pennsylvania. Authorities said a missing person report was filed, and Stouter was eventually found with the girl in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, the FBI investigated the case with the cooperation of the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office. Danielle M. Yannelli, an assistant United States attorney, prosecuted the case.
Federal sentences do not include parole.
