Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 5 responded to a shoplifting incident at a Target store, resulting in the arrest of three people. Deputies apprehended the suspects after they resisted arrest and charged them with a variety of charges.
Constable Terry Allbritton’s deputies came to the Target at 2700 Eldridge Parkway to investigate allegations of repeat shoplifters actively stealing. When deputies arrived, they encountered two female suspects who resisted arrest. The first suspect was accused of theft and resisting arrest, while the second was charged with stealing and interference with official functions. Shortly after, deputies discovered that a male suspect had an active out-of-county warrant for family abuse. According to a press release from Harris County Constable Precinct 5, they arrested him on the warrant.
