Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to the Houston Premium Outlets on June 27 to investigate a high-end retail theft, according to a recent social media post. Store employees stated that two masked individuals stole Burberry items worth around $3,850. The accused had left before law enforcement arrived, necessitating an emergency investigation of the surroundings.
Despite the fact that the initial search yielded no results, Constable deputies continued to investigate. Their efforts resulted in the identification of one suspect, Trayvon Lindsey, who had previously been convicted and was caught stealing from the same Burberry store. He and an accomplice, both wearing face masks, took part in the theft. The second perpetrator is still at large.
“Trayvon Lindsey was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with felony theft,” the constable’s Facebook page states. His bond was set at a significant $75,000.00 by the 182nd District Court, reflecting the gravity of his repeated violation. Authorities continue to work hard to find the second suspect in this incident.
