Brandon and Antonio Toombs each pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing mail or property from the USPS.

In October 2023, one robbery happened in Westwood and the other in Colerain Township.

Brandon was in the car with Toombs when they stole two mail carriers’ arrow keys. These are the universal keys required to open blue collection mailboxes.

A search of the Toombs’ residence revealed three firearms, checks, and debit cards that belonged to neither Toombs nor Brandon, as well as instruments for altering stolen checks.

Toombs received a five-year, three-month sentence in July.
