A Bond Hill caregiver is accused of stealing from a woman under her care.
Brittany Lyons faces allegations of credit card fraud and theft.
According to court papers, Lyons was allowed to use a credit card belonging to an elderly woman in her care, but she also used it to purchase items for herself.
Lyons is accused of piling up over $3,000 in charges between May and mid-June. Glendale Police said she allegedly attempted to charge $6,000 in products but was denied.
The majority, if not all, of the accusations were for clothes stores.
Lyons is facing additional charges for allegedly attempting to use the credit card, which failed.
A judge issued a bond of $2,000, but Lyons only had to pay 10% to get out of jail.
Court filings do not indicate her employer.
