Suspects and Charges

Oscar Garza, 22, is among those arrested and faces the most serious allegations. Prosecutors have charged him with two counts of first-degree felony narcotics production, as well as weapons and body armor offenses as a convicted felon.

Melissa Martinez, 32; Marissa Davis, 26; Alicia Kruse, 40; and Sara Vandeneyde, 39, all had outstanding narcotics warrants when they were arrested.

Drugs and Weapons Seized

During the raid, officers seized:

  • 6.6 grams of fentanyl
  • 4 grams of crack cocaine
  • 0.5 grams of methamphetamine
  • 26.7 grams of suspected fentanyl pending lab confirmation

Authorities also seized two handguns, one of which was reported stolen, as well as a ballistic jacket with armor plates.

Police Statement

Major Paul Thai, head of the Northwest Patrol Division, stressed the importance of the bust:

“This successful investigation is one example of how we are disrupting criminal activity in Dallas. Criminals involved in drug sales should be on notice that Dallas is not the place for this activity.”

Officials emphasized the lethal danger of fentanyl, warning that just two milligrams can result in a fatal overdose.

Case Documentation

The case number for this investigation is 120777-2025. Authorities said the arrests are a significant step toward reducing drug-related activities in the Northwest Division.
