Indiana State Police have released numbers for Operation Guardian Angel, a new operation launched by the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
According to troopers, Operation Guardian Angel’s major purpose was to increase efforts in proactive investigations such as peer-to-peer file sharing and undercover chat investigations.
The Task Force’s goal was to identify and locate children who had been victims of hands-on sexual abuse, as well as arrest their abusers.
