US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has apprehended two men in Rockville who are on its “Worst of the Worst” list. On November 7, 2025, ICE agents from the Baltimore, Maryland, office apprehended Nilo Herrera-Sanchez. According to ICE, he is a Peruvian who is in the country illegally and was convicted of second-degree rape and another second-degree sex offense in Rockville. He is now being held at the Jena/La Salle ICE detention facility in Louisiana.
On November 6, agents from the Baltimore office apprehended Jose Rivera-Medrano of El Salvador. He was found guilty of sexually abusing a child in Rockville, according to ICE. The ICE detainee locator provides no results for his current location.
