A man from Arizona was arrested at Isleta Casino attempting to sell 10,000 fentanyl pills at the end of a successful undercover police mission.
Following an effort to sell thousands of fentanyl tablets, a man was arrested and faces life in prison. According to the US Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico, in September 2025, 35-year-old D.A.H., Jr., began texting an undercover agent from the Isleta Police Department on Facebook regarding the sale of thousands of fentanyl pills.

According to court documents, the undercover agent convinced the Arizona man, known as “Minkx Apesquad,” a suspected drug dealer, to meet him at the parking lot of the Isleta Resort and Casino on the Pueblo of Isleta in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
The undercover agent had earlier sent a direct message to the dealer’s account, containing images and other identifying information. The message read, “Ayy yooo, are you going to be coming through the 505 anytime soon?” I need some good [bean emoji].”

On October 29, the agent received this response from “Minkx Apesquad”: “Hit me asap.”
After exchanging phone numbers, the agent continued to communicate with the man believed to be H throughout the day, negotiating a contract to buy ten “boats” (slang for bags carrying 1,000 fentanyl tablets) for $10,000.
When H. arrived, a coordinated team of officers from the Isleta Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, the Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services, U.S. Marshals, New Mexico State Police, and the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office apprehended him right away.
The Man Risks Life in Prison
Following his arrest, a K9 unit from the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office conducted an open-air sniff of H.’s vehicle, which revealed the presence of drugs.
A search of the automobile revealed a substantial sum of US money and around 4,102 grams of fentanyl pills. H. is now facing accusations of possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute.
He remains in detention, and a trial date has yet to be established. If convicted, he may face life in jail.
Acting US Attorney Ryan Ellison and Shawn Stallo, Acting Special Agent in Charge of HSI El Paso, announced the arrest.
Homeland Security Investigations in El Paso investigated the case, with assistance from several law enforcement agencies, including the Isleta Police Department, Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services, U.S. Marshals, New Mexico State Police, and the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office. Paul Mysliwiec, an Assistant United States Attorney, will conduct the prosecution.
