California Highway Patrol officers made over 21 arrests and impounded dozens of vehicles after a large street racing incident reported late last night on the southern portion of the 110 Freeway.
According to CHP, dispatchers received many calls reporting a significant number of automobiles racing down the interstate at excessive speeds. Several callers were concerned about the unsafe activities and begged cops to intervene.
