A man was detained after he allegedly went to a Carmel tavern and recorded multiple women using the restroom.
Mason Harpe, aged 23, was charged with the following:
- Voyeurism, a Level 6 Felony
- Voyeurism, a Misdemeanor
On October 11, 2025, at 1:11 a.m., the Carmel Police Department responded to a report of a physical disturbance at a pub located at 220 2nd St W in Carmel.
Upon arrival at the scene, the manager informed authorities that a man was accused of filming multiple individuals in the women’s restroom. The manager stated that the victims were chasing Harpe through the tavern, which caused “significant disruption.”
According to court documents, the victims told authorities that Harpe was recording them using his cellphone as they were using the women’s restroom stall.
About five explicit videos of women using or in the restroom were found by CPD after a search warrant was approved.
