A man wanted by Morgantown police for strangulation has been arrested in Pennsylvania.
According to a Facebook post by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania, Mark A. Kelley was taken into custody without incident Friday.

Kelley was discovered in the Dilliner area of Greene County.
He is currently being held in Greene County Jail on a fugitive from justice charge.
