According to the plea agreement, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office used a confidential source to make two controlled purchases of drugs from Pelletier’s house, totaling more than 420 grams of pure methamphetamine.

A search warrant was then executed at Pelletier’s residence.

When police enforcement arrived, Pelletier started flushing methamphetamine down the toilet.

The search warrant resulted in the seizure of more methamphetamine, digital scales, cutting agents, and drug processing materials.

The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office jointly investigated this Central Florida case. Megan Testerman, an assistant US Attorney, prosecuted the case. Pelletier pleaded guilty on October 16, 2025.
