Three Wisconsin teenagers, two of whom are juveniles, were arrested at 1 a.m. on Wednesday following a high-speed chase that critically wounded an uninvolved driver.
According to the Monona Police Department, an officer observed a reckless motorist traveling at 105 mph at about 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday and attempted to stop the car; however, the suspect driver switched off the lights and drove onto I-90. individuals
Officers deployed tire deflation devices along Highway 151, and local authorities assisted in the pursuit. The device stopped uninvolved drivers nearby, and during the pullover, the suspect vehicle struck one of them.
According to officials, the driver was critically injured, but his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. The suspect vehicle’s driver and one passenger fled on foot, but a second passenger was apprehended immediately outside the vehicle.
The fleeing individuals were eventually apprehended following a drone and K9 hunt. The arrested persons, all identified as males, are listed below, along with their recommended charges:
16-year-old driver from Madison

16-year-old passenger from Madison

19-year-old Quraan Raines of Madison
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon
- Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent – Passenger
The truck was also taken with a fleet plate from Illinois, and officers discovered two loaded handguns with extended magazines.
