19 People Arrested After Drug Trafficking Investigation In Pennsylvania

Nineteen people have been arrested after a long-term investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating in Bucks County and surrounding areas, authorities announced Monday.

The Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force and the Quakertown Borough Police Department, in collaboration with the Bucks County Investigating Grand Jury, demolished what officials called the “Finlan Drug Trafficking Organization.” Investigators believe the group distributed fentanyl and methamphetamine across Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Philadelphia counties.

According to police, the organization operated under the pretense of Contemporary Gardens, a Perkasie-based landscaping company. Investigators said the organization was also responsible for illicit firearm transactions, house burglaries targeting guns, and two overdose deaths.

Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan stated that the probe interrupted a large regional cocaine supply chain.

Investigators believe that members of the organization broke into homes to steal firearms, which were then traded for narcotics or sold to people who were not allowed to carry guns.

Authorities stated the evidence presented to the grand jury tied Shana Finlan and Debbie Booth to Kenneth Klingman’s overdose death in Center Valley. Anthony Rola is suspected of selling the drugs that caused Justin DiDonato’s death in Sellersville.

Finlan and Rola face charges of drug supply resulting in death and involuntary manslaughter. The other defendants are charged with corrupt organizations, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, unlawful firearm possession and sale, burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft, and receiving stolen goods.

Shana Finlan, Ivan Freeman, David Gowen, Jessica Lerner, Elizabeth Fox, Joseph Sharon, Jason Hill, Jolene Valencia, Corey Dick, Matthew Holtzhafer, Damien Geissler, Matthew Kuhnle, Jeffrey Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Travis Hoover, Antonino Indelicato, Lynda Jones, Anthony Rola, and Debbie Booth have all been charged.

Hill’s bail amount was set at $350,000. According to authorities, he was recently convicted in Montgomery County and sentenced to jail in a different case involving sexual assault on a minor.

Throughout the inquiry, investigators studied tens of thousands of digital records, intercepted chats, and made undercover transactions.

All accused are deemed innocent until proven guilty in court.
