Alisha Hawley, Editor-in-Chief
Hey! Alisha here. I'm a senior attending Ridgeline High School, and I had no idea Journalism (the class) was actually the school newspaper. In retrospect, it was obvious, but that's that! Despite this, I'm still very excited to be part of the newspaper and I hope to be able to work well with my team!
Anyway, about me: My favorite subjects in school have changed many, many times, but my consistent passions have continued to be Orchestra and English, although German has also wormed its way into my heart. I enjoy theorizing about and analyzing a lot of things, but it all heads back to sociology and criminology; I've always been fascinated with what makes people tick. On the subject of Orchestra, I have played the violin for coming on eight years, and though I've considered switching to the viola many times, I never quite got to it. After school, you'd either see me at Cross Country or Nerd Herd, but outside of school I like to hike, read and draw, although I mostly just read. I look forward to a productive year as part of the RHS Newspaper Staff!
