El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers Seek Public Help in finding Most Wanted Fugitives

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with Crime Stoppers of El Paso, is seeking public assistance in tracking its most wanted fugitives, who are charged with serious charges ranging from aggravated kidnapping to DWI.

El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte went out on social media, emphasizing the importance of finding these people.

Dallas Duo Sentenced To More Than 15 Years In Prison For $600K Fentanyl Distribution

Kathyleen Campos, Hector Daniel Silva, Alvaro Castro, Sergio Miranda Gonzalez, and Chacen Manuel Mejia are among those on the current roster.

Campos, 26, is charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals, and her bond has been set at $10,000.

Silva, 24, is charged with aggravated kidnapping and is required to post a $25,500 bond.

Castro, 31, is wanted for interfering with railroad property and has a $101,000 warrant, while Gonzalez, 46, is charged with selling stolen controlled materials and is presently being held without bond.

Mejia, 35, has been cited for driving while drunk for the third time or more and is being held without bond, according to El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte’s social media post.

The Sheriff’s Office has said unequivocally that these criminals pose a tangible threat to the community, inviting locals to come forward with any information that could lead to their arrest. Tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a financial reward, providing an incentive for community involvement.
