Benjamin Alex Dinarte, 32, was arrested on Friday, June 20, and charged with rape, abduction, object sexual penetration, and burglary, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The disturbing attack occurred shortly before 7 a.m. at The Fairmont by Barclay House, located on Fairmont Avenue in Manassas.
