Miami police said the incident occurred on June 9 in the 1600 block of Northwest Seventh Avenue.

According to the report, the victim received $5 in crack cocaine from Bondieumaitre, also known as “Luger,” five days prior to the incident.

The victim informed police that after receiving the narcotics, he was hospitalized for around four days and was approached by Bondieumaitre after being released and lingering around the Camillus House area.

According to police, Bondieumaitre demanded his money from the victim, plus $95 in interest, and threatened to injure him if he did not cooperate.

According to the investigation, the victim informed Bondieumaitre that his check had not yet been placed in his account, thus he needed additional time.

According to police, the victim fled and hid in an empty parking lot near Camillus House on Northwest 17th Street.

The victim informed police that someone must have “snitched” because Bondieumaitre located him and started punching and kicking him.

According to the allegation, Bondieumaitre then used a folding knife to slash the victim’s left arm.

The victim then went west on 17th Street, toward Northwest Sixth Avenue.

Police claimed the victim recognized Bondieumaitre as his attacker in a photo lineup on June 11.

After being arrested on Friday, Bondieumaitre denied any involvement in the event, according to the article.

On Monday morning, the Miami-Dade County Pre-Trial Detention Center was still holding Bondieumaitre without bond.
