A former Winona Police Department officer is on the opposing side of the law.
On Friday, June 27, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Winona Police Department learned that one of its off-duty officers had been arrested by another law enforcement agency.
The officer was placed on administrative leave until further notice.
The Winona Police Department says it is cooperating with the agency.
Further information will be revealed once the investigation is completed.
