The search for a missing child with special needs has come to an end after he was discovered safe in northwest Harris County, according to deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
The 13-year-old is nonverbal and was last seen in the 26100 block of Hideaway Run Drive.
Drones and Constable K9 “Hades” were deployed to aid in the search. About two hours later, authorities recovered him and securely returned him to his family.
The circumstances surrounding the disappearance remain unknown, although authorities believe the toddler may have walked away.
