A Cheyenne woman who has been on the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office’s “Most Wanted” list since May 12 is now in custody.
The department stated on Facebook Monday afternoon that Montegua Presbury was picked up by the United States Marshals Service in Colorado Springs on Monday, June 30.
Presbury has been accused of breaking her bond on felony theft, robbery, and blackmail charges.
