A 21-year-old man from Woodbridge is under arrest after police say he touched a young girl inappropriately over the weekend.
On July 12, the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) responded to the Sam’s Club at 14050 Worth Ave. around 11:50 a.m. Investigators said a 6-year-old girl was shopping with her family when she was approached by a stranger—later identified as Justin Van Nguyen.

While the girl’s mother was turned away, he allegedly groped the young girl improperly.
The mother confronted Nguyen, who had left Sam’s Club and was last seen getting into a vehicle.
PWCPD later stated that officers discovered him at his residence and detained him. Nguyen is charged with aggravated sexual battery and is being held on an unsecured bond.
