The Oxford Police Department has arrested and charged a woman who is accused of posting a fight video on social media.
On June 25, a detective from the Oxford Police Department spoke with the victim’s parent about an ongoing dispute between her adult daughter and Aaliyah Brown, 27.

Brown posted a video of a fight despite being warned not to do so as part of a previous charge and conviction.
She is now facing accusations for using electronic means to send messages intended to cause harm to another person.
Brown was arrested on July 11, 2025, during a traffic stop. She was brought to the Lafayette County Detention Center and is currently being detained on bond.
