Tiffany Starr Sikora, 44, of Kaufman, was arrested on August 1, 2025, at 8:44 p.m. The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) made the arrest and is also responsible for charging her.
Sikora faces a serious charge of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance, specifically a penalty group 1-B crime involving 400 grams or more. This charge indicates the gravity of the allegations against her, which have grave legal consequences.
Following her arrest, the entire bond amount was established at $150,000. Sikora’s bail is structured as a surety bond, which means she must secure this amount through a bail bonding service to be freed before her court appearance.
According to jail documents, Sikora stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has blue eyes and blonde hair.
Sikora was booked after her arrest and is currently being detained at the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office. The allegations come from alleged incidents that occurred on the same day as her arrest.
Penalty Group 1-B includes substances such as fentanyl, which law enforcement takes very seriously in Kaufman County,” noted defense attorney Robert Guest. “Even tiny amounts can result in severe sentences, but 400 grams or more is considered a ‘life sentence range’ violation. That is why the bail is so high—it represents the gravity of the charge, not whether the person is guilty.
All accused are deemed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
