A woman was arrested after a one-week-old baby was discovered in an Orlando home driveway.
The Orlando Police Department is investigating the finding of a one-week-old baby boy in the 5500 block of Lido Street. According to OPD, the infant was discovered in a car seat on a residence’s driveway. According to police, he is in good health and receiving treatment at a local hospital.
Detectives from the OPD were able to identify the child’s parents after conducting an investigation. The Fugitive Investigative Unit captured Angelica Sanchez Bautista and charged her with child neglect. According to OPD, there was no evidence at the time to suggest that the child’s father was aware of the mother’s acts.
