A Michigan man is facing rape and other charges stemming from alleged acts more than two decades ago.
A Van Wert County grand jury indicted David Lowe, 54, on charges including rape, gross sexual imposition, and sexual violence. Lowe pled not guilty to the allegations at his arraignment this week. According to the indictment, there were two victims under the age of 13, and the offenses took place between January 2003 and December 2007. Lowe is being jailed in the Van Wert County Jail under a $250,000 bond.
