A man was apprehended in North Carolina during an undercover operation by deputies from the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office said it was a collaborative investigation with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Christopher Andrew Withey was arrested on Wednesday, October 15, and charged with three felonies in Virginia.
