2 Suspects Arrested For Human Trafficking After Missing Juvenile Females Discovered In Towson, Pennsylvania

A multi-agency human trafficking investigation led by the Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit resulted in the recovery of two juvenile females and the arrest of two men for sex trafficking.

The suspects have been identified as Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland. In consultation with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, both men were charged with minor sex trafficking and other related criminal charges.

Arrests Follow Ongoing Investigation

The investigation began in September 2025, when the MSP Child Recovery Unit, in collaboration with the Baltimore County Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit and the FBI, discovered an advertisement on the internet for sexual actions involving a young female.

Philip is currently being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. Miles is awaiting extradition from Minnesota to Maryland.
