The Florida Lottery reported that Yvonne Hill-Mckinnie of Boynton Beach recently won a $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 Holiday Ca$h scratch-off game.
The Palm Beach County woman chose to receive her prize in one lump sum payment of $606,700.
