A multi-agency human trafficking investigation led by the Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit resulted in the recovery of two juvenile females and the arrest of two men for sex trafficking.
The suspects have been identified as Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland. In consultation with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, both men were charged with minor sex trafficking and other related criminal charges.
Arrests Follow Ongoing Investigation
The investigation began in September 2025, when the MSP Child Recovery Unit, in collaboration with the Baltimore County Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit and the FBI, discovered an advertisement on the internet for sexual actions involving a young female.

- November 4, 2025: MSP and the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Deion Philip at a residence in Hanover, Pennsylvania, without incident. During the arrest, police discovered and recovered a second missing juvenile female, who is also believed to be a victim of sex trafficking.
