Major windstorms are expected in the United States’ Midwest region on Monday, March 29.
The National Weather Service has issued a warning to seven states in the United States regarding potential major storms on Monday. Strong storms may bring thunder and lightning, as well as high winds.
The winds are forecast to be strong. Earlier this week, massive windstorms in the Midwest reached speeds of around 100 mph.
The seven U.S. states preparing for it include:

- Iowa
- Michigan
- Wisconsin
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Ohio
