A Howland bar is facing four administrative charges for violating its liquor permit following a search on Wednesday.
The Ohio Investigative Unit confirmed that it executed a search warrant for illicit gambling machines at the Holiday Bar on Elm Road. A representative stated that six gambling machines and more than $2,300 were seized.
No one has been charged as of yet, but First News has learned that criminal charges for gambling and operating a gambling house are pending.
Citations against the liquor permit will be heard before the Liquor Control Commission.
