4 Alleged Brooklyn Gang Members Charged In Murder, Armed Robberies And Fentanyl Trafficking

On Tuesday, federal prosecutors filed an 11-count superseding indictment in Brooklyn federal court, charging four members of the deadly Euro 380 gang with racketeering, murder, armed robberies, and narcotics distribution.

Kashawn Mason (as “Jojo,” “Jojo Euro”), Daniel Horton (aka “DayDay,” “DayDay Tz”), Ryan Nieves (aka “Rocket,” “TooSturdy”), and Dylan Stanley (aka “Brady”) are facing allegations of firearm-related murder, assaults in aid of racketeering, and conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. Mason and Stanley were arrested and arraigned Tuesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge James R. Cho. Horton and Nieves, who are already in federal custody, will be arraigned at a later date.

According to Joseph Nocella Jr., the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, the four defendants are members of Euro 380, a subsection of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang that operates from the Marcy Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Authorities claim that on September 30, 2023, Nieves, Stanley, and two minors opened fire on the Sumner Houses, a rival area of the “900” subset of the Bloodhound Brims. The group allegedly shot 34 rounds in broad daylight, killing 21-year-old Kyle Forde and injuring two others. Mason and another high-ranking gang member allegedly ordered the shooting.

In addition to the death, the indictment charges the defendants with three armed robberies committed in Brooklyn between September and November 2023, including the targeting of a smoke store, a bodega, and private individuals. Each incident involved the use of a firearm or simulated weapon.

Mason and Stanley are also charged with fentanyl distribution and possession with intent to distribute.

“This was brazen, targeted violence that put entire communities at risk,” said Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez.

Authorities described Euro 380’s operations as a violent campaign aimed at elevating the gang’s status and intimidating rivals, with public housing sites transformed into battlegrounds.

The charges are part of the FBI’s “Summer Heat” strategy, which targets violent crime across the country during the summer months.
