Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that a Pittsburgh man has been sentenced to nine to eighteen years in jail for trafficking in Beaver and Allegheny counties.
Dennis Alexander, 29, has previously pled guilty to receiving stolen property, one count of being prohibited from possessing a firearm, and four charges of possession with intent to deliver. Alexander leads a drug-trafficking enterprise located in Pittsburgh.

According to investigators, Alexander or one of his associates sold controlled narcotics to a confidential informant or an undercover officer a dozen times. According to a press release issued Sunday, Alexander was living in Pittsburgh while trafficking heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, oxycodone, methamphetamine, and marijuana in various counties. Alexander also has two previous felony drug convictions in Pennsylvania, dating back to July 2016 and February 2017. After agents carried out a search warrant on him, Alexander also had a handgun and drugs, which he was not allowed to have.
