63-Year-Old Cocoa Woman Detained For Dealing Illegal Drugs And Possessing Firearm As Convicted Felon

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has been investigating Victoria Sinclair’s drug-dealing activities and her residence at 409 A Lane in Cocoa for several months.

The investigation culminated in a search warrant being executed yesterday, and the pictures speak for themselves.

After our SWAT team completed some minor home improvements and gained entry into the house, our SIU agents set to work.

Four firearms were found inside the home, including handguns and an AR-15, one of which was reported stolen.

Of course, Sinclair is a convicted criminal that should not have had any firearms or anything else in her home.

The search continued, yielding roughly 162 g of cocaine, 20 g of meth, 80 g of alprazolam pills, 14 g of oxycodone pills, 16 g of hydrocodone pills, and, last but not least, approximately 418 g of suspected cannabis.

“Sinclair’s Pharmacy” should have been the name, but it is now “Out of Business!”

As a result of the investigation, Sinclair was taken to Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge, where she is no stranger, and charged with four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in oxycodone, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam without a prescription, possession of hydrocodone without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Our agents booked her on a “no bond” status, which is where she should stay because she has been given numerous opportunities to obey the law but just refuses to do so.

If you follow the law, we have no reason to visit. However, if you choose to be a criminal and distribute poison on Brevard’s streets, be assured that the SWAT squad will soon rearrange your front door and demolish your playhouse.

I’d like to congratulate our Special Investigations Unit for their continued efforts at this house, which disrupts not just the neighbors but the community as a whole. Furthermore, more drugs and guns have been removed from the streets and from the criminals’ hands.

Sheriff Wayne Ivey
