A grand jury in Wood County indicted a Toledo man on six counts of rape.
According to court documents from the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, Emmanuel Schutte, 21, has been charged with five felony counts of raping a child under the age of ten and one count of raping a child under the age of thirteen.

The rapes are said to have happened in Wood County at various times in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2026.
Schutte is now being held at the Wood County Justice Center on a $5,000 bond for disseminating harmful matter to juveniles.
His initial court appearance for the charges is set for March 5.
