A man has been arrested and charged after constable deputies discovered him in bed with a 13-year-old after breaking into the residence.
On Monday, Mark Herman of the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Office stated that a man unlawfully entered a home through a window and was later discovered in bed with a 13-year-old.
He has since been charged with indecency with a child.
“Protecting our children is a top priority. This suspect’s actions are deeply concerning, and our investigators worked swiftly to take him into custody. We will continue to pursue justice and ensure the safety of our community,” said Constable Herman.
