Three members of a Maryland-based motorcycle organization are facing charges for allegedly stealing motorcycles from Harley Davidson dealerships throughout Pennsylvania.
The Attorney General’s Office charged Jermaine Holland, 53, Jennifer M. Heist, 48, and Craig Grinage, 36, on Thursday in connection with the theft of five motorcycles.
According to authorities, in most cases, one member of the motorcycle club would make a small purchase at the dealership while another would take a motorcycle.
The offenses occurred between April 2 and July 20, 2025, in Dauphin, York, Bucks, Lehigh, and Monroe counties.
“In one case, a customer was robbed of their motorcycle at gunpoint,” the attorney general’s office stated in a press release.
The armed robbery occurred on July 20, 2025, at the Eisenhauer Harley Davidson dealership in Manchester Township, York County.
When a client attempted to stop Holland, he allegedly got upon his motorcycle and began driving away. Then, Holland brandished a gun at the customer before leading police on a high-speed chase into Maryland, where he was apprehended, officials said.
In total, the stolen motorcycles in Pennsylvania were worth approximately $200,000.
According to the attorney general’s office, those indicted are members of the “Guerilla Motorcycle Club,” a chapter of Maryland’s Wheels of Soul organization.
“This brazen and violent group made a big mistake by coming into the Commonwealth to commit crimes,” Pennsylvania Attorney General Sunday stated in a press release. “With our law enforcement partners in Maryland, we have built cases that will put a stop to this pattern of lawlessness.”
According to authorities, the suspects are in jail in Maryland and will be arraigned on Pennsylvania charges later.
Each of the males has been charged with felony corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery, and other charges.
