A missing 15-year-old girl who was the subject of a statewide AMBER Alert has been located in Ohio, according to the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office.
Neveah Hope Patton was reported missing after she was last seen on Harrell Road in Bakersville at about 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Mitchell County deputies posted on Facebook early Monday morning that Patton had been located in Ohio and was in the custody of local and federal authorities.
