Twenty-nine people were taken into custody in an alleged drug distribution network in southern Indiana.

The arrests followed a months-long “Operation Clocked Out” investigation by Indiana State Police into a methamphetamine, cocaine, hydrocodone, and alprazolam drug distribution network.

Jefferson County, Indiana, Prosecutor David Sutter stated that the inquiry began in February 2025. Authorities were informed that William “Flav” Taylor was “a major supplier” of methamphetamine in the county.

Taylor obtained meth and cocaine in Louisville and Cincinnati, Ohio, according to the inquiry. On February 4 of this year, he was arrested on a warrant for trafficking methamphetamine while returning to Jefferson County from Louisville.

Authorities stated he had cocaine on him when he was arrested, and he was charged with other offenses, with more to come. Taylor is being jailed with a $500,000 cash bond. During his arrest, a female passenger, Nichole Williams, was also detained on cocaine allegations.

Throughout the rest of the investigation, investigators were able to identify the people who were receiving drugs from Taylor. They were all arrested on Wednesday:

  • Montana Austin, 35, of Ghent, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in cocaine, conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Marcus Benjamin Burgess, 41, of Carrollton, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Shawn Andrew Bushong, 34, of Hanover, Indiana: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine, and corrupt business influence.
  • Kayla Lynn Canfield, 32, of Hanover, Indiana: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Elisabeth Coker, 36, of Milton, Kentucky: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine, conspiracy to commit unlawful sale of a legend drug and corrupt business influence.
  • Tristian W. Daniel, 39, of Chesterfield, Virginia: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine.
  • John Gibbons, 42, Lexington, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in a narcotic drug and corrupt business influence.
  • Rebecca Elysse Hart, 37, of Greensburg, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in cocaine and conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine.
  • Alanea L. Hawkins, 38, of Carrollton, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Shannon W. Hunt, 52, of Carrollton, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine, conspiracy to deal in a scheduled IV controlled substance and corrupt business influence.
  • Tamara S. Jones, 52, of Madison, Indiana: Maintaining a common nuisance.
  • Alfonzo Delano McPhail, 62, of Madison, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in a scheduled IV controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine, conspiracy to deal in cocaine and corrupt business influence.
  • Marshall Murray, 32, of Louisville, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Danielle Rache Newton, 34, of Hanover, Indiana: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Travis Lee Reddick, 37, of Versailles, Indiana: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine.
  • Taylor Marie Rowlett, 27, of Hanover, Indiana: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Nichole Marie Sheldon, 43, of Hanover, Indiana: Possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.
  • Deshawn Standard, Jr., 39, of Louisville, Kentucky: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Darren Keith Stewart Jr., 31, of Madison, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in cocaine, conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Tammy Stewart, 51, of Madison, Indiana: Three counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Nicholas Michael Tucker, 35, of Madison, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in a schedule IV controlled substance and corrupt business influence.
  • Brogan Lane Vance, 30, of North Vernon, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Valeria Dawn Vanwye, 35, of Madison, Indiana: Three counts of conspiracy to deal methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Ryan Anthony Voris, 31, of Madison, Indiana: Two counts of conspiracy to deal in cocaine, five counts of conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Amber Cheyenne West, 29, of Madison, Indiana: Conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine and corrupt business influence.
  • Jamie Constance White, 37, of Madison, Indiana: Possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
  • Nichole Marie Williams, 33, of Madison, Indiana: Dealing in cocaine and conspiracy to deal in cocaine.
  • Roberto Zavala, 37, of Madison, Indiana: Possession of marijuana.

“This operation reflects the culmination of extensive investigative work led by the Indiana State Police, strengthened through close coordination with multiple law enforcement agencies, whose combined efforts work to hold offenders accountable and enhance public safety,” Sutter said in a news release Thursday.

The investigation was assisted by the City of Madison Police Department, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement, Kentucky State Police, and the United States Marshal’s Office.
