The victims said Bacon threatened to murder them and yelled at them. The two had just parked on the west side of the building and were ready to go inside when they noticed Bacon strolling down the street. They waited for her to pass by their car before getting out.

As they approached the establishment, Bacon allegedly began yelling at them and demanding their car keys, assuming they had stolen her car.

According to the police report, Bacon referred to one of the victims as an “immigrant, an illegal” and threatened to call immigration, alluding to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Bacon is also accused of threatening to shoot and kill them. She apparently raised her hand as if to slap one of the victims but didn’t. According to the police complaint, she also removed a tiny chain that was across the front patio but caused no harm.

According to police, Bacon was extremely loud and aggressive during the booking procedure, claiming to be a member of law enforcement.

Bacon was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on charges of threatening violence and racial/ethnic/religious harassment.
