Me and my family were on a roadtrip one time. I was sitting in the back and thought that it would be a good idea to wrap the seat belt around my neck. When I tried to get the seat belt off, it was locked. After about 15 minutes of trying to loosen it and it just getting tighter, I was starting to have a hard time breathing. In the end we had to cut the belt to get it off.
